Induction Hot Stove cooking in the Toyota Prius

Yes, the Air Fryer is fantastic but it does not cook liquids… like eggs or pasta in sauce and that was the thing missing from my air fryer.

Enter the Induction Stove and Cast Iron skillet into my life for cooking with the Toyota Prius.

Using a kilowatt meter, on the highest setting, sear the induction stovetops out around 1600 watts. Do I ever see myself searing anything? Nope!

These days I barely touch the 375 temp setting on the induction stove, which lets me know I am below the max wattage used on the device.

One thing to point out, a pure sine inverter must be used to power this device, or it will not turn on.
