If you want to use Techstream on your Prius, I suggest getting a Tactrix Openport!
I can honestly say I’ve used over 20 different OBD2 devices with my Prius, the VCXNano Wifi is excellent, but it is not as fast as the Tactrix Openport! Using the Tactrix Openport is a night and day difference between any OBD2 device I have used with Techstream. It’s like driving a GSF compared to the other devices being a Prius… yes, it’s that much faster!
